Notice

 

TAKE NOTICE THAT the Director received confirmation from the OSC that the Undertaking contained within Schedule B to the Settlement Agreement of Mortgage Company of Canada Inc. ("MCOCI"), MCC Asset Management Inc., MCC Mortgage Holdings Inc., Raj Babber and Greg Goutis with staff of the OSC dated August 14, 2015 to redeem all remaining common shares in the capital of MCOCI held by certain remaining non-exempt investors was complied with by the respondents.
