National Instrument 54-101 ("NI 54-101"), Communication with Beneficial Owners of Securities of a Reporting Issuer was published on April 12, 2002 by MSC Notice 2002-16 and enacted as a rule in Manitoba on July 1, 2002 by The Manitoba Securities Commission. It is Manitoba Rule 2002-1 scheduled for publication in the Manitoba Gazette on July 20, 2002.

National Instrument 54-102 ("NI 54-102"), Interim Financial Statement and Report Exemption, was published on April 12, 2002 by MSC Notice 2002-17 and enacted as a rule on July 1, 2002 by The Manitoba Securities Commission. It is Manitoba Rule 2002-2 scheduled for publication in the Manitoba Gazette on July 20, 2002.

NI 54-101 and NI 54-102 collectively replace the provisions of National Policy No. 41. National Policy No. 41 is repealed as of July 3, 2002.
