The Securities Act
Effective April 1, 2000 the fee regulation to The Securities Act (Schedule "A" of Manitoba Regulation 491/88R) is being amended to change the fee for the filing of a prospectus and the fee for the filing of a statement of material facts to $1000.
The specific clauses of the fee schedule that are affected are clauses 1(2)(g)(i), 1(2)(h)(i) and 1(2)(m).
The amendment was made pursuant to Manitoba Regulation 22/2000.
