Mutual Fund Sales Practices
National Instrument 81-105 ("NI 81-105"), Mutual Fund Sales Practices, was enacted as a rule in Manitoba on August 30, 2000 by The Manitoba Securities Commission. It is Manitoba Rule 2000-9 scheduled for publication in the Manitoba Gazette on September 16, 2000.
NI 81-105 was adopted as a National Instrument by the Canadian Securities Administrators (the "CSA") on May 1, 1998. It was adopted as a policy of The Manitoba Securities Commission on May 1, 1998. The Companion Policy 81-105CP was also adopted by The Manitoba Securities Commission on May 1, 1998.
