Local Policy 3.10
Oil & Gas Programs

The Commission has directed that the guidelines for oil and gas programs established by the Alberta Securities Commission in its Local Policy No. 3.19 will apply in Manitoba as of June 7, 1978, on an interim basis pending adoption of a National Policy by the Commissions represented by the Canadian Securities Administrators.
Those offering such programs will be required to file a prospectus in compliance with that Policy and the Commission expects that in the normal course of events such securities would be distributed only through registered securities dealers in the province.
