Amendments to National Instrument 81-102

Investment Funds

 

1. National Instrument 81-102 Investment Funds is amended by this Instrument.

 

2. Appendices B-1, B-2 and B-3 are amended by replacing, wherever it appears, “CICA Handbook − Assurance” with “Handbook”.

 

3.  This Instrument comes into force on September 13, 2023.
