THE MANITOBA SECURITIES COMMISSION MSC RULE 2010-29 (Section 149.1, The Securities Act) AMENDMENTS TO NATIONAL INSTRUMENT 81-106 INVESTMENT FUND CONTINUOUS DISCLOSURE 1. National Instrument 81-106 Investment Fund Continuous Disclosure is amended by this Instrument. 2. Section 11.2 is amended by replacing paragraph (1)(d) with the following: (d) file an amendment to its prospectus, simplified prospectus or fund facts document that discloses the material change in accordance with the requirements of securities legislation. 3. This Instrument comes into force on January 1, 2011. 4. This Instrument may be cited as MSC Rule 2010-29.
