TAKE NOTICE THAT the Respondents Jack Hiebert Neufeld and The Jack Neufeld Family Charitable Foundation have been granted leave by the Manitoba Court of Appeal to appeal the decision of the Manitoba Securities Commission dated June 12, 2017. The appeal has been scheduled for September 25, 2018 commencing at 9:30 am at the Manitoba Court of Appeal.
