TAKE NOTICE THAT The Manitoba Securities Commission ("Commission") has rescheduled the hearing dates in this matter of April 18 – 22, 2016 and April 25 – 29, 2016 to May 2 – 6, 2016 and May 9 – 13, 2016 commencing at 9:00 a.m.  The February 22 – 26, 2016 will proceed commencing at 9:00 a.m. with the exception of February 23, 2016 commencing at 1:30 p.m.
