Mary Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba on the 14th day of December, 2011 commencing at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon or so soon thereafter as the Hearing can be held, and from day to day thereafter until the Hearing is concluded, to consider: 1. whether or not it is in the public interest to order, pursuant to subsection 8(1 ) of The Securities Act (the "Act"), that the registration of KENNETH WAYNE MUZIK ("Muzik") under the Act be suspended, cancelled or subj ect to terms and conditions; 2. whether or not it is in the public interest to order, pursuant to subsection 148.1(1) of the Act that Muzik pay an administrative penalty; 3. whether or not it is in the public interest to order, pursuant to subsection 19(5) of the Act that subsection 19( 1) of the Act does not apply to Muzik with respect to such of the trades referred to in that subsection and that subsection 19(2) of the Act does not apply to Muzik with respect to such of the securities referred to in that subsection;
2 4. whether or not it is in the public interest to order that Muzik pay the costs of the investigation and the hearing.
