Due to the similarity between the name of a respondent (Sulja Bros. Building Supplies, Ltd.) named in a Notice of Hearing issued December 1, 2011 ("Proceedings") and the name of another company, the Commission is issuing this Advisory Notice. 

The Proceedings pertain to Sulja Bros. Building Supplies, Ltd., being a company out of the State of Nevada, United States of America. The Proceedings were not against another company, of almost identical name, located in the Province of Ontario, Canada.
