TAKE NOTICE that a hearing was scheduled for February 23, 2001 for The Manitoba Securities Commission to consider whether The Manitoba Real Estate Association should be ordered to pay out a shortfall of $995.88 to a Perry Properties Inc. Bank of Montreal Real Estate Trust Account ("trust account"). The hearing will not proceed as the shortfall of $995.88 has been paid into the trust account.
