TAKE NOTICE that the hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under sections 8(1) and 19(5) of the Securities Act, against Robert Charles Napper based on allegations in a Notice of Hearing issued by the Director – Legal/Enforcement on January 31st, 2000, has been adjourned, by consent from April 13th, 2000 to June 15th and June 16th, 2000, starting at 9:30 a.m. each day, at 1130-405 Broadway, Winnipeg, Manitoba at which time motions concerning certain procedural matters will be heard by the Commission.
