TAKE NOTICE that Jory Capital Inc. has re-established its risk-adjusted capital required by the by-laws of the Investment Dealers Association as of December 23, 1999.

The registration of Jory Capital Inc. has therefore been reinstated effective December 23, 1999.

The Hearing scheduled for January 5, 2000 at 11:00 a.m. is cancelled.
