NOTICE

TAKE NOTICE that The Manitoba Securities Commission ("Commission") has received a Notice of Appeal from Jory Capital Inc. and Patrick Michael Cooney requesting an appeal before the Commission from the decision of the appeal panel of the Investment Dealers Association of Canada.

The appeal has now been scheduled to be heard by The Manitoba Securities Commission on June 25 and 26, 2007 commencing at 10:00 a.m. at the offices of the Commission, 500 – 400 St. Mary Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba.
