Notice

TAKE NOTICE that Director, Legal & Enforcement of The Manitoba Securities Commission issued a Notice of Hearing and Statement of Allegations dated March 17, 2003.

The most recent Order issued by the Commission in this matter is Order No. 4388 dated January 28, 2004 which in part adjourned the hearing of the matter to a date to be determined.

Due to the death of the Respondent the hearing dates are now cancelled.
