TAKE NOTICE The Manitoba Securities Commission (the "Commission") has adjourned the hearing of May 27, 2005, with the agreement of all counsel.
The Commission has set the dates of October 24, 2005 through to November 10, 2005 commencing at 9:30 a.m. for hearing the merits of this matter.
The Commission has set June 29, 2005 commencing at 10:30 a.m. for hearing submissions concerning media access to the hearing.
The Commission has also set the date of July 14, 2005 commencing at 10:30 a.m., if necessary, to hear any motions that may be made prior to the commencement of the hearing in this matter.
All hearings will be at the Commission offices, 1130 – 405 Broadway, unless otherwise posted.
