MSC RULE 2008-9

(Section 149.1, The Securities Act)

 

AMENDMENTS TO

NATIONAL INSTRUMENT 52-108
AUDITOR OVERSIGHT

 

 

1. National Instrument 52-108 Auditor Oversight is amended by this Instrument.

 

2. Subsection 1.2(2) is repealed.       

 

3. This amendment comes into force July 4, 2008.

4. This Instrument may be cited as MSC Rule 2008-9.
