THE MANITOBA SECURITIES COMMISSION MSC RULE 2009-2 (Section 149.1, The Securities Act) Repeal of National Instrument 31-101 National Registration System 1. This Instrument repeals National Instrument 31-101 National Registration System. 2. This Instrument comes into force on September 28, 2009. 3. This Instrument may be cited as MSC Rule 2009-2.
