Summary:

The Ministry of Health and Long Term Care received a request for access to information which would explain the withdrawal of two appeals to the Health Services Appeal Board (HSAB). The ministry issued a decision to requester refusing to confirm or deny the existence of any responsive records. Upon appeal, the adjudicator did not accept the Ministry’s decision and ordered the Ministry to disclose records.
