ORDER This is my Final Order disposing of one outstanding issue referred to in Interim Order M-310 dated April 20, 1994. In Interim Order M-310, I ordered the Belleville Police Services Board to reconsider its exercise of discretion under section 38(a) of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act . I further ordered the Board to provide me with written representations as to the factors considered when so doing. I have received the Board's representations, which make reference to the consideration of the particular issues in this appeal. In reviewing the exercise of discretion, I find nothing improper and would not alter this determination on appeal. ORDER: I uphold the Board's decision.
