PARTICULARS OF THE COMPLAINT:
Shelley McCann was charged with failing to discharge her duties to clients, members of the public, fellow members and insurers with integrity, as well as charged with failing to service the member’s clients in a conscientious, diligent and efficient manner, as a result of Ms. McCann not placing insurance for various clients and neglected to submit the applications through the brokerage or to submit the client’s request for coverage to the respective insurers.
DISCIPLINE COMMITTEE’S DISPOSITION:
The Discipline Committee approved a consent agreement between Shelley McCann and RIBO, and ordered:
(a) That the Certificate of Registration of Shelley McCann be revoked effective immediately.
