Council determined this General Insurance Agent had violated Section 375(1)(a) and (e) of The Insurance Act of Manitoba and Section 1 – Integrity; Section 2 - Competence and Section 3 - Quality of Service of the General Insurance Agent Code of Conduct by conveying ownership of property without documentation.
