I. Les parties aux présentes conviennent d'ajouter la clause 5-6.22 sui- vante: 5-6:22 Retraite anticipée Aux fins de réduire le nombre de professionnels en disponibilité, la commission peut accorder une retraite anticipée à un professionnel permanent en tenant compte des modalités suivantes: 1 ° Cette Mesure doit permettre de réduire les mises en disponibilité; 20 cette mesure a pour effet de peMettre au professionnel permanent de bénéficier d'une retraite anticipée d'une durée maximale de cinq (5) ans; 30 durant cette période de cinq (5) ans ou moins, le coût de la prestation de retraite et de l'exonération de cotisation au régime de retraite est défrayé par la commission; 40 l'octroi de la retraite anticipée est du ressort exclusif de la commission. Cet accord entre en vigueur le jeeur de signature par les parties aux présentes et n'a pas d'effet rétroactif.

The parties to this agreement agree to add the following clause 5-6.22. 5-6.22 Early Retirement In order to reduce the )number of professionals on availabil- ity, the board may grant an early retirement to a tenured professional, taking into account the following terms and \, conditions: 1 ° this measure must permit the 'reduction of the number of placements on availability; 20 this' measure shah l permit a tenured profèssional to benefit from early retirement for a maximum duration of five (5) years; 3° during this period of five (5) years or less, the cost of the pensioner's benefit and of the exemption from contributing to the pension plan shall be paid by the • b.oard; 4 ° the granting of an early retirement'shall be the exclu- ' sive respdnsibility of the board.
