REASONS FOR ORDER
[1] In response to the Notice of Status Review (Notice) issued by Justice Létourneau on January 20, 2011, the appellant filed his written representations on February 8, 2011. The Notice required that his representations include a justification for the delay in proceedings and a proposed timetable for the completion of the steps necessary to advance the proceeding in an expeditious manner.
[2] It is clear from reading the representations filed by the appellant that those representations do not meet either of these requirements. The appellant did not produce a proposed timetable or attempt to explain or justify the delay in his appeal process.
[3] For these reasons, the appeal will be dismissed for delay.
