There is nothing in this case to warrant the intervention of the Court of Appeal.
The applicant has made laudable efforts to get retraining and support his family, but this cannot relieve us of the duty to apply the Unemployment Insurance Act. Since the applicant has not established any error in the decision of the umpire, his application for judicial review must be dismissed.
