REASONS FOR JUDGMENT OF THE COURT
(Delivered from the Bench at Ottawa, Ontario,
on March 13, 2002.)
[1] Despite Ms. Jones' valiant efforts, we have not been persuaded that the Pension Appeals Board made any reviewable error. Its decision, though it preceded that of this Court in Villani v. A.G. Canada, 2001 FCA 248, took into account the factors outlined in Villani as being relevant to the determination of the severity of the disability.
[2] The application will be dismissed without costs.
