[1] Notwithstanding the very able submissions of Mr. Contini, we have not been persuaded that there is any error in the decision of Mosley J. that warrants intervention by this Court. We are in substantial agreement with his reasons and would adopt them as our own. The appeal will be dismissed with costs.
