REASONS FOR JUDGMENT

[1] The main issue in this application is whether the Umpire erred in affirming the Board of Referee's decision that the facts of this case came within the language of section 29(c) of the Employment Insurance Act.
[2] The record is such that we are not prepared to find any reviewable error on the part of the Umpire.
[3] The application will, therefore, be dismissed without costs.
