     REASONS FOR JUDGMENT

ROBERTSON, J.A.

[1]      As the application for leave and judicial review was dismissed on November 8, 1999, the appeal from the decision of the Motions Judge dated June 8, 1999, and brought with respect to a stay of a removal order pending the disposition of the leave application, is now moot. For this reason the appeal will be dismissed with costs to the respondent.
