[1] Despite what is a very laconic decision of the Canada Labour Relations Board which could hardly not have invited a challenge, the Court is not satisfied that the inclusion of the analyst accountants in the bargaining unit was an error such as would warrant the intervention of this Court.
[2] The application for judicial review will be dismissed.
