[1]         As the Trial Judge stated and particularly in light of the history of the case as described on pages 5 and 6 of his reasons, we are of the view that he was correct in concluding that the decision of the Canadian Human Rights Commission was not patently unreasonable.


[2]         The appeal will be dismissed without costs.
