     REASONS FOR ORDER

NOËL J.:

[1]      I am willing to assume for present purposes that the main application raises a serious issue. However, I do not believe that irreparable harm has been established nor that the balance of convenience operates in favour of the grant of a stay. Inconveniences of various kind have been established but it has not been shown that the applicant will suffer irreparable harm upon his return to Jamaica. As to the balance of convenience, the

nature of the convictions recorded against the applicant during his adult life unequivocally tilts the balance in favour of the execution of the deportation order.

[2]      The application is dismissed.
