Charles E. Stinson

Assessment Officer

[1]      By Judgment dated September 3, 1998, the Honourable Madame Justice Reed set aside the decision of the citizenship judge allowing the Respondent's application for citizenship and awarded costs to the Appellant. I issued written directions for the exchange of materials concerning the Appellant's Bill of Costs. The record discloses proper notice to the Respondent who has not filed submissions to date. I allow the Bill of Costs, presented at $900.00 within the limits of the Tariff for item nos. 1, 14 and 15, at $900.00.
