     Applicant

     - and -

     THE MINISTER OF CITIZENSHIP

     AND IMMIGRATION

     Respondent

     REASONS FOR ORDER

REED J.

[1]      There is no ground upon which the decision under review can be set aside. The CRDD knew that the applicant was an elderly woman. They knew her counsel had advised them that she had a poor memory, as she also stated several times during the hearing. The CRDD asked for a medical/psychologic input with respect to her allegation that she had a poor memory several months before the hearing, none was produced. This application must be dismissed.
