     REASONS FOR ORDER AND ORDER

NADON J.

[1]      By their motion dated August 30, 2000, the applicants seek an order requiring Dr. Robert Langer to reattend for cross-examination at his own expense to answer the questions set out in Schedule A to the motion and all proper follow up questions.

[2]      In my view, the questions in respect of which the applicants seek answers are not relevant to the issues in these proceedings, nor are they relevant with respect to Dr. Langer's credibility.

     ORDER

[3]      The applicants' motion is denied.

[4]      Costs shall be in the cause.
