[1] The applicant seeks judicial review of the November 21, 2000 decision of P. Phinn, an Immigration Officer, wherein the Immigration Officer decided not to exempt the applicant from the requirements of subsection 9(1) of the Immigration Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. I-2 (the Act).
[2] Neither the applicant nor his representative was present at the hearing before me. I have therefore reviewed all the evidence and read the parties' written representations. As I am not satisfied that the Immigration Officer committed any reviewable error, the application for judicial review is dismissed.
