ROULEAU, J.

[1]      The appeal of the Minister from the decision of a Citizenship Judge is allowed.

[2]      I am not satisfied that the respondent has met the residency requirements of paragraph 5(1)c) of the Citizenship Act, having resided in Canada for only a few days during the required period.
