REASONS FOR ORDER

TEITELBAUM J.:

[1]      This is a motion by the applicant to file some additional affidavits and to adjourn the judicial review hearing scheduled for March 20, 21 and 22, 2000.

[2]      Immediately after the hearing, I notified the applicant that the motion would be dismissed with costs fixed at $250.00.

[3]      The brief reasons for my order are the following:

[4]      First, the applicant filed his motion without attaching an affidavit thereto.

[5]      Second, the applicant wishes to obtain leave to file two additional affidavits in support of his application for judicial review without providing the names of the affiants, without disclosing to the Court the content of the affidavits and without demonstrating to the Court how or why these affidavits are necessary and relevant for the judicial review hearing.

[6]      The motion is dismissed.
