     HIS LORDSHIP: Sir, it seems to me that you need to study more. You have to learn more about this country. You obviously are working and raising a family and I know that that takes a great deal of effort, but you must take some time to learn more about Canada and to learn more about the responsibilities and obligations of a Canadian citizen, and I am satisfied that you do not have that knowledge yet. I am going to dismiss your appeal. You can apply again when you are ready but you are obviously not ready yet. So my advice to you, sir, is you need to study more and learn more about this country before you are able to be eligible for citizenship.
