[1] This is an application by the Lac la Ronge Indian Band to set aside the decision of Mrs. Anne Wallace sitting as an adjudicator appointed under subsection 242(1) of the Canada Labour Code. In her decision, the adjudicator found that the dismissal of Messrs. Red Sky and Cardinal was unjust and ordered compensation equivalent to income lost as a result of the dismissal.
[2] I have reviewed the decision and find that the adjudicator"s conclusions were supported by the evidence and were correct. As a result, there is no reason for this Court to interfere with the adjudicator"s order.
ORDER
1- The application for judicial review is dismissed.
2- The respondents are entitled to one set of costs in column 4.
