[1]         This party and party assessment is pursuant to the order of the Court dated April 11, 2001 whereby the Respondents must pay to the Applicants the Applicant's costs of litigation (in addition to any outstanding costs earlier awarded) plus any necessary disbursements.

[2]         The Applicant's bill of costs was filed May 14, 2001. Written submissions were requested by an assessment officer on May 31, 2001 and a submission from the Applicant was filed June 14, 2001. No reply was filed by the Respondents.

[3]         Pursuant to the orders of the Court on April 11, 2001 and August 26, 1999, as well as the written submission of the Applicants filed June 14, 2001, I consider the bill of costs reasonable, in accordance with the Federal Court Tariff, and therefore allowed as presented at $5,915.43. A certificate will be issued.
