Matter: CT-2019-005 – The Commissioner of Competition v Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited
Direction to Counsel (from Justice Little, Chairperson)
Re: Release of Confidential Level A Reasons for Order and Order (“Confidential Reasons”)
The Tribunal directs the parties and counsel not to share the Confidential Reasons, or its contents, with anyone involved in the ongoing proceedings in Commissioner of Competition v Rogers Communications Inc. and Shaw Communications Inc.
