WHEREAS the Canada Industrial Relations Board (the Board), by order no. 10880‑U dated October 8, 2015, certified the Syndicat des communications de Radio-Canada (FNC - CSN) as the bargaining agent for a unit of employees of Canadian Broadcasting Corporation comprising:

all personnel working for the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation in the province of Quebec and in Moncton, New Brunswick, excluding personnel covered by other certification orders, producers, supervisors and similar personnel.

AND WHEREAS the Board has received an application from the applicant, pursuant to section 18 of the Canada Labour Code (the Code), seeking to amend the said order to replace the name of the certified bargaining agent by Syndicat des travailleuses et travailleurs de Radio-Canada (FNCC-CSN);

AND WHEREAS the employer is not opposed to this application;

AND WHEREAS, following investigation of the application and consideration of the submissions of the parties concerned, the Board has determined that it is appropriate to grant the application.

NOW, THEREFORE, the Board hereby declares that the Syndicat des travailleuses et travailleurs de Radio-Canada (FNCC-CSN) is the bargaining agent for a bargaining unit comprising:

all personnel working for the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation in the province of Quebec and in Moncton, New Brunswick, excluding personnel covered by other certification orders, producers, supervisors and similar personnel.
