WHEREAS the Canada Industrial Relations Board (the Board) by order no. 10854‑U dated June 29, 2015, certified the Teamsters Québec, Local 106 as the bargaining agent for a unit of employees of Autocar Préférence Ltd.;
WHEREAS the Board has received an application from the applicant, pursuant to section 18 of Part I (Industrial Relations) of the Canada Labour Code, seeking to amend the said order by updating the location of the employer’s office in the bargaining unit description;
AND WHEREAS the employer did not provide a response to the applicant’s application;
AND WHEREAS, following investigation of the application and consideration of the submissions of the parties concerned, the Board has determined that it is appropriate to grant the application.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is ordered by the Canada Industrial Relations Board that the Teamsters Québec, Local 106 be, and it is hereby certified to be, the bargaining agent for a unit comprising:
all drivers working from the Terrebonne office of Autocar Préférence Ltd., excluding the dispatcher, the directors and senior management.
