IN THE MATTER OF THE

certified bargaining agent.

WHEREAS the Canada Industrial Relations Board (the Board), by order no. 10391-U dated April 11, 2013, certified the Public Service Alliance of Canada as the bargaining agent for a unit of employees of the Fredericton International Airport Authority Inc. comprising:

all employees of the Fredericton International Airport Authority Inc., excluding the President and CEO, Director of Operations, Operations Manager, Human Resources and Administration Manager, Director of Finance, Director of Marketing and Business Development and Director of Projects and Properties.

AND WHEREAS the Board has received an application from the applicant, pursuant to section 18 of the Canada Labour Code (Part I–Industrial Relations), seeking to amend the said order to exclude the position of Director of Regulatory Affairs from the bargaining unit description and to update the change in title for the position of Manager of Public Relations and Marketing;

AND WHEREAS the certified bargaining agent is not opposed to this application;

AND WHEREAS, following investigation of the application and consideration of the submissions of the parties concerned, the Board has determined that it is appropriate to grant the application.

NOW, THEREFORE, the Board hereby declares that the Public Service Alliance of Canada is the bargaining agent for a bargaining unit comprising:

all employees of the Fredericton International Airport Authority Inc., excluding the President and CEO, the Director of Operations, the Operations Manager, the Human Resources and Administration Manager, the Director of Finance, the Manager of Public Relations and Marketing, the Director of Projects and Properties and the Director of Regulatory Affairs.
