IN THE MATTER OF THE

Canada Labour Code

Greater Moncton International Airport Authority Inc.,

 

Public Service Alliance of Canada,

applicants.

WHEREAS the Canada Industrial Relations Board (the Board), by order no. 11356-U dated January 30, 2019, certified the Public Service Alliance of Canada as the bargaining agent for a unit of employees of the Greater Moncton International Airport Authority Inc.;

AND WHEREAS the Board has received a joint application from the applicants, pursuant to section  of the Canada Labour Code (Part I–Industrial Relations), seeking to amend the said order by excluding the position of manager, engineering and operations from the bargaining unit description;

AND WHEREAS, following investigation of the application and consideration of the submissions of the parties concerned, the Board has determined that it is appropriate to grant the application.

NOW, THEREFORE, the Board hereby declares that the Public Service Alliance of Canada is the bargaining agent for a bargaining unit comprising:

all employees of the Greater Moncton International Airport Authority Inc., excluding the president and chief executive officer, senior manager, airside operations, manager regulatory affairs, manager, engineering and operations and executive assistant and board secretary.
