WHEREAS the Canada Industrial Relations Board (the Board), by order no. 10470-U dated August 29, 2013, certified the Public Service Alliance of Canada as the bargaining agent for a unit of employees of the Regina Airport Authority Inc. comprising:

all employees of Regina Airport Authority Inc., excluding the President and CEO, the Corporate and Human Resources Administrator, the Vice-President Operations, the Director of Communications, Customer Services and Marketing, the Vice-President Administration and CFO, the Manager Airport Facilities, the Manager Airport Operations, the Fire Chief and Manager Airport Safety, the Controller/Finance Manager.

AND WHEREAS the Board has received a joint application from the applicants, pursuant to section 18 of the Canada Labour Code (Part I–Industrial Relations), seeking to amend the said order by updating the bargaining unit description to reflect changes to the organizational structure and positions titles;

AND WHEREAS, following investigation of the application and consideration of the submissions of the parties concerned, the Board has determined that it is appropriate to grant the application.

NOW, THEREFORE, the Board hereby confirms that the Public Service Alliance of Canada is the bargaining agent for a bargaining unit comprising:

all employees of the Regina Airport Authority Inc., excluding the President and CEO, the Vice-President Operations and Safety, the Vice-President Commercial Projects and Planning, the Chief Financial Officer, the Director Human Resources and Environment, the Director Security and Technology, the Director Commercial Development Projects and Planning, the Director Marketing and Communications, the Director Airside Operations and Safety, the Manager Projects Planning and Development, the Manager Finance and Controller, the Manager Terminal Operations and Facilities, the Fire Chief, and the Executive Assistant and Corporate Secretary.
