WHEREAS the Canada Industrial Relations Board (the Board) has received an application from the applicant, pursuant to section 38(1) of the Canada Labour Code (Part I–Industrial Relations) (the Code), seeking revocation of certification order no. 11172-U issued on September 7, 2017, certifying Unifor as the bargaining agent for a unit of employees of Airport Terminal Services Canadian Company comprising:

all employees of Airport Terminal Services Canadian Company employed at the Greater Moncton Roméo Leblanc International Airport in the Province of New Brunswick, excluding the administrative position of Ops Agent, the supervisor and persons above the rank of supervisor.

AND WHEREAS, following investigation of the application and consideration of the submissions of the parties concerned, the Board is satisfied that a majority of the employees in the bargaining unit no longer wish to be represented by Unifor;

AND WHEREAS, the certified bargaining agent is not opposed to this application;

NOW, THEREFORE, it is ordered by the Canada Industrial Relations Board that, pursuant to the provisions of section 39 of the Code, certification order no. 11172-U dated September 7, 2017 be revoked, and it is hereby revoked.
