certified bargaining agent.

WHEREAS the Canada Industrial Relations Board (the Board) has received an application from the applicant, pursuant to section 38(1) of the Canada Labour Code (Part I–Industrial Relations) (the Code), seeking revocation of certification order no. 11082-U issued on November 30, 2016, certifying the Canadian Union of Public Employees, Local 2541 as bargaining agent for a unit of employees of Alma Airport Inc. comprising:

all employees within the meaning of the Canada Labour Code.

AND WHEREAS, the certified bargaining agent is not opposed to this application;

AND WHEREAS, following investigation of the application and consideration of the submissions of the parties concerned, the Board is satisfied that a majority of the employees in the bargaining unit no longer wish to be represented by the Canadian Union of Public Employees, Local 2541;

NOW, THEREFORE, it is ordered by the Canada Industrial Relations Board that, pursuant to the provisions of section 39 of the Code, certification order no. 11082-U dated November 30, 2016 be revoked, and it is hereby revoked.
